| About Us Dibleys Nurseries Dibleys Nurseries have been established for 40 years and are based in North Wales in the United Kingdom. Please note that we can only supply to The European Union. We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us at info@dibleys.com MAIL ORDER The plants we send are labelled, well established young plants grown in jiffy plugs, placed in a polythene bag. All the plants are then sealed in a purpose made box, so that you receive your plants in first class condition. |
| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. E&OE When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling All plants are sent first class post in the UK. Post and packing costs £6.50 for specific plant orders. The price of collections of plants and sundries usually include carriage. We can despatch to any country in the European Union. Plants are sent European Air Mail. Payment by credit card or pounds sterling. WE CANNOT EXPORT OUTSIDE THE EU. EU airmail £8.50 Please note: Items that include Postage in the UK will incur a £4.50 (and not £8.50) charge if sent elsewhere in the EU. |
| Delivery Schedule We send plants from March through to October and during this period will send your order to you within one month. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we can either subsitute the plant for similar one of equal or greater value, we can hold onto the order until the plant becomes available again, or we can refund your money. Please let us know if you would like us to do one of the latter options. |
| Tax Charges Dibleys Nurseries are not registered for VAT but operate under the UK Farmers Flat Rate Scheme of 4% tax. |
| Credit Card Security We use Paypal for payment security. You do not need to log in to the Paypal website to use this service. |
